Print-on-Demand Items (Apparel & Accessories) Because our apparel and accessories are custom printed just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. Please review our size charts carefully before ordering.
However, if your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrectly printed, we will make it right! Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at saltliberty11@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the defective/damaged item
We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item.
Physical/Non-Custom Items For non-custom physical items, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us at saltliberty11@gmail.com to initiate a return.
Sale Items & Gift Cards Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded.
